Dr. Gregory Alfred, M.D.
Medical Director – The Biohack Lab & Hyperbaric Medical Solutions Florida
Dr. Gregory Alfred is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 18 years of clinical experience and a specialized focus in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). He serves as Medical Director for both Hyperbaric Medical Solutions Florida and The Biohack Lab, where he helps guide the safe and effective application of advanced wellness therapies.
Dr. Alfred earned his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his medical degree from NYU–Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He completed his emergency medicine residency at USC, where he also received certification in hyperbaric medicine. His interest in HBOT was sparked early on by his background in scuba diving, growing up in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
A long-standing member of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society, Hyperbaric Medicine International, and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Alfred has spent over a decade practicing at Mercy Hospital, one of South Florida’s most active inpatient hyperbaric centers. There, he observed the profound clinical potential of HBOT, particularly for neuro-recovery and complex wound care.
Today, he continues to integrate hyperbarics with complementary therapies such as stem cell treatments, peptides, and precision IV protocols, offering patients a thoughtful and personalized approach to recovery and regeneration. At the Stem Cell Convention, Dr. Alfred will share insights on the evolving role of HBOT in regenerative medicine and its potential to enhance patient outcomes.
